2. Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities)
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and local conditions (e.g., weather, strikes, lockdowns).
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Prescription verification (if applicable) may delay processing.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
- For orders below ₹499: a nominal delivery fee of ₹49–₹99 applies
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹40 COD charge may apply
Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
5. Prescription Requirement
- Prescription drugs require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
- Prescriptions must be uploaded at the time of order or verified by our pharmacist before dispatch.
