• Prepare clean and safe water for the baby’s cereal.
• Pour 90 ml of lukewarm water into the cereal.
• Add 4 levelled tablespoons (approximately 33g) of Cerelac baby cereal wheat.
• Stir until the mixture is smooth and feed it to your baby using a clean spoon.
• Ensure that any prepared but unused cereal is discarded after feeding to maintain hygiene.
