In Ayurveda, Punarnava means “that which rejuvenates or renews the body.”

Directions for Use

1-2 tablets twice daily or as directed by your physician.

Composition:

Each tablet contains: Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa) root extract – 250 mg.
