• Ensure all your utensils (bowl, spoon) and hands are thoroughly clean.
• Boil clean drinking water for five minutes and allow it to cool.
• Pour 75ml of lukewarm water into the baby’s bowl.
• Add 3 level scoops of the powder to the bowl.
• Stir until the cereal is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon.
